More than 17,000 attendees at ISC West, Las Vegas, Nevada saw the introduction of SALTO’s three newest, major product developments.

BioCote Technology provides proven, evidence-based antimicrobial technology to protect products from microbes such as bacteria, mould and fungi. SALTO BioCote protected products are suitable for use in many commercial environments including hospitals, leisure, food, catering, laboratory, and healthcare sectors.

The SALTO GEO Cylinder is a powerful new dimension in wire-free access control technology. It understands end user needs, building specifications and the flexibility often lacking in conventional door locks. SALTO’s Geo Cylinders are now IP66 rated.

The SALTO Keypad Lock is the latest addition to the SALTO stand alone range of RFID locks. This new product from SALTO, the XS4 Electronic lock with keypad is an addition to the SALTO Platform. It increases security and control as it offers the choice of various forms of authentication. The user may employ a credential plus PIN Code, the keypad code or the credential only. All versions of the new product are compatible with the SALTO Virtual Network (SVN) capabilities and available in a wireless version for online real-time control.

In addition, these products were introduced to the leading security press at a press briefing at the ISC West press room.  Senior Vice President Commercial Sales, Mike Mahon and Marc Handles Global Vice President Sales and Marketing advised the press and all visitors “that SALTO’s advanced technology delivers the best in access control solutions.
